For those who may not of seen, I'm tackling a 366 day project this year. I've failed every other year; I get to about now and get discouraged.
However, 48 days or so in, and having a photo, and in most cases, a written reminder has been such a great thing to look back on.
I can see where I was having bad days. I can see where I was having really good ones. I'm purposefully getting out from behind the camera at least once a week to track the changes to myself as well without my (somewhat slow) weightloss journey.
I do think we get discouraged easily when we look at things like fitness, weightloss, money and growth.
Having a chart or documentation of sorts is a boss ass way of staying accountable, and have it in writing that you're doing something, even if it doesnt feel like it.
