The connection of nature 🏜️ Trees, grasses, water, sun, stars, moon, clouds and rain are all our friends in a place we called nature.
When we need to reset, re-adjust, re-start, re-focus in our lives spending time out in nature with a group of people or alone is the most therapeutic we can do in self-caring for ourselves 🧘♂️ It serve it's purpose in reminding us to appreciate one and another presence and continue to dive deeply into the human connection, having the self-awareness in being present in the moment, Listen/look deeply into our lives, have the reflection back on our lifetime and give gratitude towards it, return back to reality with new insights, walking meditation in being mindful and take deep breaths with the good times and the bad times.
I feel like this resonates back to the law of attraction it can either work for us or against us in our lives 💫
What it has always come down to is the energy we attract from people we manifest the good or the bad of what we want to receive when we ready for it at the right moment and the right time.
It's just like the ocean that recieved waves are created by the energy passing through water, where in the build up of big waves energy, water and sound frequency all work together at once in creating the final moment which is a truly blissful experience for ourselves to see 😍
