100 grateful days. Day 11. I am grateful that I live in Cape Town. This photo was taken in 2017 when i visited a friend for a few days. It was my second time in cape town. It was this time in 2017 that i knew i wanted to live in the cape. I was merely planning my escape from Hilton during my visit seeing where I wanted to live. I moved the following year in 2018 after praying to move and needing a reason to leave which God laid out perfectly for me and without any effort at all. Ive now been here a year and nearly 3 months. Most said id never make it alone. It hasnt been easy. The cost of living is double that of Hilton but I am comfortable in my home, the work i do as a nail artist and the opportunities available for me here that werent in Hilton. I am grateful that i am living out my dream of Cape Town and excited to have done so much here and making new friends all the time. God is still moving me in so many ways of growth and life. Thankful again for my resiliance in everything i do. #capetown#livingthedream#workinghard#livingfree#friends#travels#lifestyle#happyheart#positivemindset
Sorry for the radio silence, we’ve been busy planning something special! Our epic cycle across the country was the experience of a lifetime, and we realised it was too good not to share! It gives us great pleasure to introduce, Border2Beach 2020. You heard right; in September 2020 we will be taking a group of cyclists on this adventure once again. This ride is more than just a multistage road cycling event (the first of its kind in the country), it’s also a heritage tour of South Africa exposing riders to some of the hidden gems discovered along the route. It is a celebration of our beautiful country and the warmth of her people.
Border2Beach continues to be an event with big heart and in keeping with the spirit of the original ride, a portion of entry fees will be donated to Alzheimers SA.
Entry details to be announced soon and spaces are limited so keep your eyes peeled! Head on over to our website (link in bio) and join our waiting list if you want to be the first to know when entries are live.
We can’t wait to show you what we have in store for B2B 2.0
