~ Vegan hot dog ~
hot dog buns, beyond meat sausages, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, vegan cheddar, sriracha, vegan garlic sauce, vegan mayonnaise, honey mustard
Cut a 4cm deep rectangle in the middle of each bun and push the separated part to the bottom.
Pour some oil and put them in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Meanwhile you can prepare the vegetables as you chop them in a desired shape and start grilling the sausages.
Add some olive oil in a grill pan and turn the heat on.
Once the oil gets hot, place the sausages in the pan and switch their sides per several minutes.
Put a slice of cheddar inside each bun and get them back to the oven for another minute.
Cut the red onions into thin slices and fry them a bit until they turn brown (you can add a pinch of sugar if you want them caramelized).
Once the sausages are done, you can start preparing the hot dogs. Spread some vegan mayonnaise, stuff them with the vegetables, put the sausage and finish with some garlic sauce, sriracha and mustard on top.
