Perfecto para tomar como postre o cualquier momento del día. . 📝 INGREDIENTES: -🍌 Plátano. -🥜 Crema de cacahuete. -🍦 Yogur natural. -🍫 Chocolate 90%. . 👩🏽‍🍳 PROCESO: 1️⃣ Cortamos el plátano a rodajas. 2️⃣ Hacemos un sándwich plátano-mantequilla de cacahuete-plátano y lo llevamos al congelador una horita, hasta que sea consistente. 3️⃣ Bañamos el plátano en yogur y otra vez al congelador. 4️⃣ Fundimos chocolate 90% para decorar y Listos!!! 5️⃣ Los conservamos en el congelador y sacamos 5 minutos antes de consumirlos. . Uno di quelli che la dr @silviagoggi, penso, chiamerebbe dolci gratis Ingredienti per circa 20 energy bites piccolini o 15 più grossotti 150 gr datteri 100 gr fiocchi di avena 100 gr di burro di arachidi (ovviamente si può utilizzare anche quello di mandorle o nocciole) 1 cucchiai di semi di lino 2 cucchiai di acqua 1 pizzico di sale Per decorare cacao o scagliette di cocco o qualsiasi cosa vi suggerisca la fantasia :) La ricetta é semplicissima: frulla i datteri, una volta che si sono sminuzzati unisci tutto il resto e frulla nuovamente. Con le mani forma delle palline e rotolale infine nel cacao o cocco. 🇬🇧Ingredients  150 gr dates  100 gr rolled oats 100 gr peanut butter (you can also use almond butter) 2 tbsp water 1 Tbsp hemp seed You can decorate with cocoa, coconut or whatever you would like The recipe is megasimple: blend the dates with a food processor, when they begin to become a paste add the other ingredients. This is what I did, with slight changes... INGREDIENTS: - 80g Protein Weetbix, broken up - 60g vanilla protein powder - 1 tsp baking powder - 15g demerara sugar - 1 egg - 200ml hazelnut milk - 55g peanut butter - 55g dark chocolate, chopped METHOD: 1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan) and line a baking pan. 2. In a bowl, mix together the protein powder, Weetbix crumbs, baking powder and sugar. 3. Add in the egg, milk and peanut butter, and mix well. 4. Gently fold through the chocolate. 5. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for ~20mins. I cut this into 10 pieces. Uno di quelli che la dr @silviagoggi, penso, chiamerebbe dolci gratis Ingredienti per circa 20 energy bites piccolini o 15 più grossotti 150 gr datteri 100 gr fiocchi di avena 100 gr di burro di arachidi (ovviamente si può utilizzare anche quello di mandorle o nocciole) 1 cucchiai di semi di lino 2 cucchiai di acqua 1 pizzico di sale Per decorare cacao o scagliette di cocco o qualsiasi cosa vi suggerisca la fantasia :) La ricetta é semplicissima: frulla i datteri, una volta che si sono sminuzzati unisci tutto il resto e frulla nuovamente. Quinoa con limón y vegetales. Solo necesitas: Media taza de quinoa. Cdita Aceite de oliva o de tu preferencia. 2 tazas de caldo de pollo, puedes hacerlo con agua pero así queda con más sabor. Col rizada y/o Brócoli crudo picado muy finamente. Rayadura de limón. Zumo de limón. Primero que todo lavas muy bien la quinoa, la puedes dejar en agua un ratico luego de lavarla y al final se la quitas. A un sartén con el aceite, le agregas la quinoa y los demás ingredientes. Dejas cocinar como si fuera arroz, lo tapas una vez lo veas sin agua y lo pones a fuego bajo hasta que se termine de cocinar por completo. Y listo! Recuerda que la quinoa es alta en fibra, aporta pocos carbohidratos por porción, mucho menos que el arroz.
