Today ’s lunchbox theme is “Aiming One Coin (100 yen) lunch”. The first day of the project, aiming for a bento within 100 yen a day, taking full advantage of the economy, which is the biggest merit of homemade lunches (average).
The main item is “Sai-Kiri Chicken”. It's a cold Chinese dish, but it can be done with chicken breast and cabbage. So I bought a little bigger meat and used it about 2/3. The rest will be used tomorrow.
The sub is “Black pepper grilled with salmon and chicken skin”. The salmon is the remnant of the one bought last week, and the chicken skin is diverted from the main breast. In this way, if you make a dish with a single ingredient, you can get cheaper.
For the chopstick rest, we picked up the leaf part and added it to the last week's “Pickle of strawberry”.
The soup is boiled chicken breast and boiled soup based on Chinese soup. The lunch box consists of almost all chicken breasts.
