I'm here to inspire and motivate you! I struggled with so many addictions and health problems. My list is HUGE (even bigger than what I'm writing here). .
Food, alcohol, cigarettes, men, drugs, anything that numbed I turned to for YEARSSSS. Anything that distract me away from feeling, I distracted my self with. It's hard to face and FEEL feelings! I cannot beleive where I am right now. Sometimes I'm hard on myself for not being further but we can only live in today. I had:
DEEP DEEP depression I could barely get outta bed since childhood
PTSD (which I'm still healing and working through)
Spinal problems/herniated discs
Chronic back pain
Financial and relationship issues.
The list could go on... .
I quit drinking slowly and started a keto diet which calmed down my food addiction behaviors ( I eliminated sugar and turned to whole foods. The food addiction side effects/ out of control cravings go away with keto.I know that sounds ridiculous and insane but they simply do because sugar addiction is real), and slowly, all these health symptoms have gone away
Take it slow. Give yourself grace and kindness today. Just today.
Choose self love. If you don't know how seek help. Make time. Your worth it!
