From 𝔻𝕒𝕪 𝟙 <------- to day -------> 𝔻𝕒𝕪 𝟛𝟞𝟝+, I chose to focus on me and my health.
I struggled with being overweight my whole life and just had habits that all led to it. After I had my kids I got in the flow of just being a "mom". Now don't get me wrong, they are my 🌎😊but. I lost my self confidence, my determination, and my personal happiness. I was exhausted and felt defeated. I was way past due needing a change!
All up until till this last year I learned the tricks that helped me flip the switch all starting with 3 steps...I know, I know... sounds cliche but Day 1 got me hooked and from there so many doors opened for me. Not just because the steps worked, but with other aspects of my life I chose to explore more & change a bit to become the best version of me!

Ya there were times I felt like crap and there were times I thought I wasn't seeing progress (cuz I expected it to be an overnight change 🙄) But not one day did the hype ever settle for me and not one day did I regret or give up on changing my new lifestyle.
Every new day - I started it with my 3 steps followed by smiles, memories, no afternoon crashes or naps needed.
