There are times in life, where you’re just overwhelmed, everything is going wrong or maybe the expectations and the stakes are high, and this is your big chance, what are you going to do?
Breathe. Take your moment, and breathe. The military teaches a form of breathing called box breathing. You inhale for a count of four, hold for a count of four, exhale for a count of four then hold again for four seconds. It’s taught because it can help calm soldiers in high stress situations. I don’t know what situation you’re facing, but know that you’re going to get through it. Just take your moment, and feel your breath. No matter how often the moments come, always stop and remember to breath.
